How to apply to St. Roman Parish School

There are two forms of applying to St. Roman Parish School. We can help you determine which option is best for you and your family.

Choice Program

The Choice Program is based on Residency and Income.

Determination of which program a student is eligible for is based on where in Wisconsin a student resides. 
  • If a student resides in the City of Milwaukee, they are eligible to apply to the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP). Enrollment periods for MPCP are typically from the 1st of the month through the 20th of the month, except during September and December-January.  
  • If a student resides outside of the City of Milwaukee and the Racine Unified school district, they are eligible to apply to the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). Enrollment period for WPCP is typically from February 1 through April 20.

Tuition Program

Tuition at St. Roman Parish School is offered to families that do not qualify for the Choice Program.

One student (Grade K4 - 8) $2,725.00 
Two students (Grade K4 -8) $4,940.00 
Three or more students (Grade K4 - 8) $7,180.00

Step 1

Documentation Needed

​Bring to the school office all the documents below.
  • For Choice Applicants: Proof of Residency and/or Proof of Income. Click here for Acceptable Proof of Residency.
  • For Tuition Applicants: Family Commitment Contract & Registration Fee.
  • Original Birth Certificate.
  • Immunization Record.
  • Sacramental Certificates.
  • Other documents as needed.
  • Registration Form.
  • Payment Agreement Form.
  • Internet Access at Home Survey.

Step 2

Submit Documentation

We offer different ways to submit your documents. Most of them are contact less!
  • Bring documents to the school office in person or via kid mail (your student brings it to the office in a labeled envelope).
  • Send it via email to erika.alvarez@stromanschool.com or maria.tejeda@stromanshool.com  (When emailing, please write the applicant's name).
  • Drop it in our Drop Box located at the front of our building in a sealed, labeled envelope.

Tips on submitting documents
​via email 

  • When sending pictures of your documents, make sure that you have good lighting so we can have a good quality picture.
  • When submitting Income documentation with sensitive information (like you SSN or your bank account), please make sure that you block off those numbers.

Step 3

Notification of Acceptance or Non-Acceptance

Once the enrollment period finishes, we will send you a letter via mail to the address you provided in your application within 60 days to let you know of the acceptance or non-acceptance of your student(s).
